I've always wanted to ride to/through central America... wish I could join you.  But alas, it's not in the cards.

Also, I hang glide too.  I haven't flown in a while, though.  I got a new truck and need to fit a rack so I can get back at it soon!

I am setting up a New KLR for travel. I am going to ride to Guatemala this winter from FL. I am looking for a riding buddie. I will be in TN in Sept and Oct. Could do some riding there also. I am retired so have a flexable scedule with the exception of some hang gliding and Trials comps comming up.   

I'm for sure going!

Hi all. I am interested in doing this ride. Bought all the gear. Was wondering who all is going on the ride and if anyone wants to get together and do some traviling before then? The wife don't really like me going alone, says she worries (I bought her a worry stone to rube as I will still ride alone if no one else can make it).
